"show new replies" not working like before

It used to be that if I clicked on "show new replies" I would only see replies to my post in the thread, but now suppose a post of mine is on page 10 in a thread some other user started and gets replied to. Now my clicking on , "Show new replies..." shows me every post in the thread and I must wade through every post in there to see the reply to my post, a laborsome process.

Interesting.  I don't recall making any changes lately. Especially to the message or replies system. Did you check your profile settings?
