what happened the cut and copy features?

While in the midst of posting, I can no longer cut a section of my commentary to move it or copy anything w/in the body of my posts...
 
If you type something, then  highlight and right click to cut/copy, there is no option...
 
Didn't there used to be copy/cut icons on the board?

 The Cut and Paste icons were a redundant option. You can still highlite your text then use the normal cut and paste procedures, ie:  Cntl+C to Copy and Cntl+V to paste, or right click on the highlited area and Right click.

Thank you...uh, since I have never used the control c or v method, you might say I'm sort of a novice at this...LOL

I am just too used to the other way I guess...

I tried the control C, I can copy, but then I still can't cut, so I end up highlighting and deleting...using the right click method doesn't do anything except give me the paste option...
 
Since there is only a 500 byte or count available on each post, trying to shorten to put into 2 posts is more difficult w/out a cut option...
 
but, I will find ways to work it out...

Cntl+V = Paste
Cntl+X = Cut  
Cntl+Z = Undo last operation
Cntl+A = Highlight All
 
These are all "standard" shortcuts used nearly everywhere..

Thank you Jim, I've never really used the control keys much...I guess I've always had the other one available and in my brain, but I will keep this close for use.
